Shipping policy

 Handling Time:

All orders (excluding pre-orders) are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders will be shipped primarily with Royal Mail via their '24' or '48' service. This is decided at checkout by you.

On occasion, larger orders will be dispatched via a courier (usually DPD).

All Pre-Orders made at least 24 hours before the release date will be shipped via Royal Mail 24 (or a courier at our discretion) regardless of delivery option selected at checkout.

All pre-orders made at least 24 hours before a products official release date will ship the day before said products official release date. Orders made after this may not ship until the day of, or day after said products release date.


Shipping Times:

Royal Mail 24 advise 1-2 Working Days after dispatch for UK orders to be delivered.

Royal Mail 48 advise 2-3 Working Days after dispatch for UK orders to be delivered.

Couriers also advise 1-2 Working Days after dispatch for UK orders to be delivered.

International shipping times are dependant on your location - an estimate is advised at checkout.

 

Shipping Prices:

Any UK order £25 or under in value will have a £2/£3.50 (shipping service dependant) charge added.

UK orders over £25 will have no shipping charge added for standard shipping, or a £1.50 charge if express shipping is selected.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

International shipping is available, with costs calculated at checkout, This cost is dependant on your location and the package size. Please not that all customs and import fees are to be paid by the buyer and not us.

Pre-Orders:

Please note that any pre-order (or order containing an item not yet released) will not be shipped until, at the earliest, the day before the official product release. 

Orders made at least 24 hours before a product's official release date will ship the day before said products official release date.

Any orders placed that contain pre-orders will only be shipped once all of the items are in stock.

Your package:

Your order will be packaged safely & securely for transit. we try to recycle, and use recycled, packaging material where possible but this will not compromise the quality of your package.

Any problems?:

If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.

While very unlikely, some orders do come across issues during transit. If your order does come across any problems when on the way to you, please do reach out to us right away!

We do not accept any liability for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed/lost/misrouted order that is deemed the couriers fault. If the fault is on our part, then we will accept the liability.

Regardless of the fault, we will strive to do what we can to make things right. If compensation is available due to a courier-fault it will be made available to our customers.
